It all Starts with having Empathy for your Users
Lehner Digital uses human centered design (HCD) and design thinking methodologies on many of its project engagements. Through the use of custom-tailored workshops and exercises we can help your project team members explore and validate ideas and develop a clear product strategy with clear objectives and success metrics.
Our HCD workshops will ensure that every aspect of the product and/or service design will be based upon on the users of the system; their needs, wants, and goals. At a more discrete level, it means empathizing with users across the “customer journey” from the first touchpoint to the end.
As the project team, its stakeholders, and user participants move through the project lifecycle they will participate in a number of HCD methods that are designed to foster creativity, challenge the current healthcare models, and brainstorm new solutions. These methods will also enable to potential solutions to be prototyped and evaluated by all stakeholders validate that each part of the customer journey is aligned with the behavioral characters of users in the real world.
Lastly, our HCD practices will facilitate the creation of a framework for measuring the success of the solution from both a service design perspective and a product design standpoint.
